This statement is to address the recent name confusion due to the application for a Receivership Order against Digram Developments Caledon Inc. and Maplequest Ventures Inc.

On January 1st, 2014 the current owner of Digram Developments Inc. relinquished all management and shareholding control, officerships, any or all outstanding guarantees on behalf of the named company Digram Developments Caledon Inc.

Digram Developments Inc. has no interest in the properties located at 10475 Heritage Road, Brampton, Ontario; 11229 and 11258 Torbram Road, Brampton, Ontario; 4 Breckonwood Street, Caledon, Ontario; and 54 Phyllis Drive, Caledon, Ontario.

Digram Developments Inc. is not party to the Receivership Order referred above.

Digram Developments Inc. is in a good and solid financial position and is not the subject of any receivership or insolvency proceedings.
